Come down to Sam's Place Open Mic! Hear music from other performers, beginners, to traveling experts. It's a perfect place for your first performance, in a warm and encouraging atmosphere where mistakes are made and applause is not witheld. Come down every second Thursday and share a couple songs with us whether they're original or not! Unless we really like you, you've got three songs, and we've got three rules:

1. Keep it clean. No swearing unless it's an Irish folk song.

2. Keep it live. This ain't karaoke! We'll be your backup musicians if you want, but we like it live.

3. No Stairway. Self explanatory. Don't take it too seriously.

Don't worry, we don't bite, and neither does Sam.
