Depuis des mois, nous avons si vigoureusement suivi les consignes de santé pour réduire la transmission du Covid-19. Grâce à ces efforts, nous pouvons maintenant nous permettre, avec plusieurs précautions en place, de nous rassembler en petits groupes et de faire renaître l'esprit festif que nous connaissons et fêtons chaque année. Le Party de cuisine plein-air est un petit rassemblement qui respecte les consignes de santé et qui rencontre les 3 critères officiels d'un party de cuisine: Bon monde, bonne bouffe et bonne musique!

Dégustez un repas à trois plats servi par nos amis de Gibraltar Dining Corporation, retournez dans un temps plus simple avec l'interprétation historique, écoutez un concert intime chanté par Andrina Turenne et participez à un défi de lançage de hachettes et autres jeux et défis inspirés par l'époque des voyageurs.

Pour assurer votre santé et votre sécurité pendant l'événement, les mesures suivantes seront en place:

• Événement extérieur, remis à une date ultérieure en cas de pluie;
• Limite de 100 participants (25% de la capacité totale extérieure du Fort);
• Repas et boissons servi à votre table;
• Masques disponibles pour chaque participant;
• Distanciation de 2 m à tout temps;
• Assainissement fréquent à chaque station d'activité et cabane.

20h00 - Concert
21h00 - Tire d'érable, lancée de hachettes, feu de camp et autres activités

For the past months, we've all been rigorously following safety guidelines and have successfully warded off the Coronavirus. Now that the virus has subsided, we're bringing back the festive spirit that we all know and crave with our first ever Outdoor Kitchen Party! This event will respect all the Province of Manitoba's safety guidelines and will also meet the essential kitchen party criteria: Good people, good food and good music!

Enjoy a traditional French-Canadian 3 course meal served by our friends at Gibraltar Dining Corporation, return to simpler times with our historical interpretation, listen to a concert by Andrina Turenne and play mini games inspired by the voyageur era, including hatchet throwing.

To ensure the safety of participants, the following guidelines will be in place:

• This is an outdoor event and will be rescheduled in case of bad weather;
• Limit of 100 participants (25% of total outdoor capacity at Fort Gibraltar);
• Plated meal and beverages served at your table;
• Masks available for every participant;
• 2 meter distancing in effect at all times;
• Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of game stations and bathrooms.

5:30 p.m. - Historical Interpretation
6:30 p.m. - Dinner
8:00 p.m. - Concert
9:00 p.m. - Maple taffy, Axe throwing, Bonfire and other activities
