Winnipeg punk poets The Weakerthans. have a track featured in a major American movie this summer. "Aside," off the band's second album Left & Leaving appears in the blockbuser movie The Wedding Crashers, starring Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson alongside tracks by Death Cab for Cutie, Spoon, Jimmy Eat World, and The The Flaming Lips. The soundtrack is available through New Line Records.
