CD Baby chose Jaylene's sophomore disc Finding Beautiful as a featured item for their front page and included a fantastic review. 2005 has also been a good year for licensing for Jaylene Johnson. Four songs from her sophomore record caught the ear of the music director at Sony Pictures Television, resulting in the opportunity to have her music heard by an international audience. This contact was made at last year's WCMA conference, which Jaylene attended as a showcase artist and nominee. Currently Jaylene is in Winnipeg recovering from a bad car accident. Plans are in the works for touring in the summer of 2006.
