Listeners to CBC Radio 3 might recognize a friendly voice coming over the internet. Mood Ruffs Odario has become the voice of CBCs internet and satellite radio, lending his vocal skills to all voice-over announcements, station identifications, event listings, and ads. One-time Student Body President at Kelvin High School, Odario has just started recording for his new solo work, a live hip-hop project called Grand Analog, which he describes as guitar-based hip-hop. Grand Analog is set for release in late fall.

Meanwhile, Mood Ruff is preparing to shoot a third video, for On the J.O.B., off the hip-hop trios latest album I Do My Own Stunts and its song Walk Dont Run will be heard on Falcon Beach. The acts label Slo Coach Recordings is currently at work preparing to release a new album from local rap group Shadez, called Every Dollar Counts.
