Katie Murphy reaches #1

Katie Murphy�s song, Pushing Flowers, written in collaboration with dub-inspired Version Xcursion, reaches #1 on the CBC Galaxie Radio Top Ten Canadian spins.
While living in Toronto, local DJ/CKLN radio host/producers Version Xcursion approached Katie Murphy to collaborate on two songs for their upcoming album, appropriately titled Radio. The dub-inspired producers would supply the tracks, Murphy would then write the lyrics, the melody and provide vocals. The unlikely pairing proved successful, with a recent #1 spot on the CBC Galaxie Radio reggae charts.
