This is a rare opportunity for aspiring guitarists to learn from one of Winnipegs most prominent singer-songerwriters. Brush up your guitar playing by plugging away at new songs each session with internationally renowned folk artist James Keelaghan. This 6-week class provides an opportunity for intermediate guitarists to learn tunes and styles by popular folk artists.
James Keelaghan is a Juno Awardwinning songwriter and a two-time first place winner in the folk category of the U.S.A. Songwriting Competition. He has honed his finely crafted performances over a career spanning twenty years. James is also the Program Director for the Winnipeg Folk Festival Folk Music Retreat.
