Hello Richards!

"Summer is over. The sun has lost her way. The Earth spins but I'm not taking gravol"

NEW ALBUM
Just a few lyrics from the upcoming album...WE ARE RECORDING RIGHT NOW! Yes the time has come to lay down the law and show some true colours. I have recruited some of the worlds finest musicians, and friends to bring the album to life and you shall not be disappointed. Rob Pachol, members of Quinzy, members of House of Doc, Llyod Peterson, and anyone who can find our super secret studio where we are recording in will be featured on the LP. With a majority of new songs, the disc will also showcase some tracks from the Live Beta Project who deserved a little studio treatment and rub down. There is no anticipated release date yet, but we are shooting for before Christmas, or after Christmas.

WESTERN CANADIAN MUSIC AWARDS
In other news, JP Hoe and the Truly Richards will be showcasing at the 2007 Western Canadian Music Awards in Moose Jaw Saskatchewan Oct 18-20. As it turns out, The Live Beta Project is also up for a Western Canadian Music Award for outstanding pop album! I'd just like to thank everyone who helped create the disc; my family & friends, Lindsay Bacon, Sandy Taronno, David Pankratz, Rob Pachol, Brian James, Hayley Gene, Darcie Pankratz, Jodi King, Scott Stewart, Rob Schlette, Brendan Berg, Jack Shapira, Robert Huynh, Unison Studios, Manitoba Film and Sound, FACTOR, MARIA, Keith MacPherson, Mothers Music, Razor productions, The Park Theatre, Nikki Shibou, Ron Chamberlain, Chris Brunton, radio support, and everyone else who helped this journey over the past year. Do you need a little holiday? A little road trip? Come on out to Moose Jaw; tons of bands and tons of Moosehead beer, that I believe flow from public fountains.

MARTIN SEXTON
JP will be playing an opening set for singer-songwriter Martin Sexton September 29 at the Garrick Theatre in Winnipeg! Sexton is one of JP's favourite artists and you will go home with the same feeling.

THATS A WRAP!!!
So, I hope you can get back into work mode, and take in some dandy autumn breezes, this is my favorite time of year...not because it's my birthday, but because I get presents and cake.
