NEW YEARS EVE!!

Chef Steven McMullin and Peter Ecker presented an exquisite New Years evening with foods ranging from Bison skewers to melt in your mouth Beef Brisket. Topped off with a gorgeous fireworks show, alongside a bonfire and champagne. Dj Lady Spice set the night off in a cool operator mode playing the likes of Sade and Gnarles Barkley, but later hit heights while playing Tina Turner and Madonnas greatest hits. All in all it was a night to remember. Thanks to all of those who had the opportunity to attend.
