Aaron Burnett New Recording

Local musician Aaron Burnett has a new recording that has 13 new original songs with a 'green' or 'environmental theme' for families. Many of the ideas for the songs have come from Winnipeg elementary school children where sustainability is a hot topic on the school curriculum. The songs examine some of the world's endangered species (koala, humpback whale, mountain gorilla), our water cycle, energy, carbon footprint and reduce, reuse, recycling. There is a local flavor with a song about Churchill and another about Hudson the Polar Bear. The recording was produced and recorded by Carl Strempler who also does some wonderful instrumental work as well. Katherine Penfold provides lovely back ground vocals. This is Aaron's fourth family recording.
