Frozen Fire Studios of Neepawa, Manitoba is a finalist for Studio of the Year at the Manitoba Loud Music Awards in Winnipeg, Manitoba, which takes place November 12th & 13th at the Pyramid Cabaret in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

When owner, Jeff Desender, was asked about how it felt, he responded with "It feels so surreal to even be thought of like that, especially when we just pride ourselves on the love of the music & the craft. It also came with its sense of recognition, for all the hard work the whole Frozen Fire family has put in over the last 4 years, 2 of which were forced shut down due to pandemic requirements". He went on to explain that Frozen Fire Studios has & always will be a safe place for artists of any caliber & are welcomed like they are family & treated as such. Upon speaking to Kellie Mowat-Brass, Desender's Assistant, she said "Working at Frozen Fire Studios has been amazing, you are treated like you belong regardless your skill set in the chosen field, you are trained really well & with understanding & compassion. It's a phenomenal place to work when your treated like an equal with complete transparency throughout the entire process & i'm sure any of the artists that have worked with us 1st hand in the studio, even before my time, would say exactly the same thing".
