Back in 1998, when Billy Rockwell DJed at Blizzart in Montreal, he met Hitori Tori. Introducing Rockwell to tracking and electro-acoustic trickery, they created a flashpoint for what would eventually become the District series. The first realized manifestation of this shared ethos can be found here with District One. We're not quite sure what they're up to, but they shouldn't be trusted with anything conventional.
