The Deck Sessions 2014 saw great improvement from it’s first year in 2013. This year, Micah Erenberg came out with just one high quality condenser mic which he used for solo acts as well as 10 person collaborations. This allowed for more deck sessions as well as random people chiming in for harmonies or banjo solos! Although plagued by rain and storms, artists saw this as an opportunity to add mood to their tracks, as you can hear the rain and thunder in the background.
