Sean Burns & Lost Country present: A Bakersfield Half-Dozen.  A nod to some of their favourite and most influential artists of the "Bakersfield sound".
Recorded on September 24 & 25, 2019 during non-operational hours at the Times Change(d) High & Lonesome Club, the group aimed to capture the raw sounds of a live honky tonk band in its natural element.
As Buck Owens said: “I love this sound. I think it’s a different sound. It’s an unpolished, give ‘em hell, straight ahead, no B.S about it. It’s music. It’s my music. It’s what I do and it’s what I love.” It’s also the kind of Country Music that a teenage Sean Burns fell in love with. Partnering with his rock solid honky tonk Band, A Bakersfield Half-Dozen is a dream come true for the Winnipeg based Country Music enthusiast.
