Last year at this time, I was recording one piano song every day for the entire month of July. I didn’t plan anything ahead of time, but improvised a new composition each morning on the fly. I wrote spontaneously from the heart, the way I did as a young person. (Pick a key & try to express something. Let ideas unfold without force but keep them moving in a natural direction.) And I’m glad I hit record. I will be releasing all 31 solo piano songs in 2 weeks, on July 31st. More to come… I hope you enjoy. 🎹
