“Love In Vain started at Studio-23 at the end of June 2020. Further sessions commenced with instrumentalists in July of 2020. Various vocal sessions throughout 2021 and 2022 yielded my most exhilarating, creative, and inspired performances to date. It's an odyssey. The song has elements of Prog, Rock, Pop, R&B, Trap and so much more. It’s also my first official release under my Broken Cloud Entertainment label. The full seven minute version will be released alongside single edits and a video later in the year. It will be part of an EP/album of songs recently recorded at STUDIO-23. Dr. Shaun McDonald was involved in the tracking of Love In Vain and to have him perform it live with me at Orvis Sings John Lennon & Tom Petty with special guests Love Haul at The Park Theatre on Sunday October 30th, 2022 will be amazing.
