Award-winning songwriter/producer Phil Deschambault has signed a deal with one of the most prominent music publishing companies around today: EMI Music Publishing Canada. Deschambault frequently collaborates with vocalist Ash Koley, and has composed work for local, national, and international film, television, and commercials. Deschambault has been working with Winnipeg-based music management company, Burning Circus Management, headed by former Harlequin guitar player Glen Willows. BCM artists include J Records trio Inward Eye, Ash Koley, and Sons of York. Willows was also instrumental in the development of Winnipeg recording acts such as McMaster & James and Remy Shand.
