You know the holidays are just around the corner when you start seeing year-end best-of lists. Music mag, Blender, has released its 33 Best Albums of 2008, featuring a pretty wide variety of artists and genres....

1. Lil' Wayne - Tha Carter III
2. Girl Talk - Feed The Animals
3. TV On The Radio - Dear Science
4. Metallica - Death Magnetic
5. Hot Chip - Made In The Dark

31. Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds - Dig, Lazarus, Dig!!!
32. Taylor Swift - Fearless
33. Hayes Carll - Trouble In Mind

I have not heard a single complete album from this list, although I came pretty close with Vampire Weekend. This leads me to believe that my top 33 would be wildly different from most music critics (either because I have become very old or because I am incredibly uncool), especially since I haven't even heard of 1/3 of this list.

So what are your top albums/songs/concerts for 2008 (and by you, I do mean you)?
