Western Canadian Music Alliance Announces 2010 Submissions Now Open

The Western Canadian Music Alliance has announced that 2010 submissions are now open.

Now online at wcmasubmit.dmds.com and commencing immediately, submissions for the BreakOut West Festival, The Western Canadian Music Awards, and The Western Canadian Music Industry Awards will run until 11:00 p.m. CST Friday April 30, 2010.

Formerly known as The Western Canadian Music Awards the newly named BreakOut West will maintain and build on all of the elements and events that have made the past seven years such an overwhelming success, including:

- A re-visioned conference focusing on current industry trends and one-on-one experiences.

- A two showcase per band festival maximizing our artists' exposure and opportunity.

- The Industry Awards Brunch and of course the Western Canadian Music Awards themselves, celebrating another year of excellence.

The inaugural BreakOut West takes place in beautiful Kelowna, B.C., October 21st to 24th 2010.
