New Music Wednesdays Kicks Off May 11

The Osborne Village Inn, in partnership with Manitoba Music, is launching an exciting new weekly concert series featuring local music in all genres. New Music Wednesdays will be a breeding ground for new bands in Manitoba's vibrant original music scene. 

The first New Music Wednesday kicks off on May 11 with three diverse acts on stage, including singer/songwriter James Struthers, rock trio Sons of York, and indie folk/rock outfit Mise En Scene. Upcoming shows in the series will feature performances by indie singer/songwriter Feed the Birds (May 18), pop/rockers Voldis and the Melodicas (June 1), and many more.

New Music Wednesdays is a great new opportunity for Manitoba artists and bands to get on stage, make new fans, try out new tunes, and perfect their live show. Whether they play rock, hip hop, roots, jazz, pop, world, electronica, or anything beyond or in-between, bands can submit to be a part of New Music Wednesdays. 

The first Wednesday of every month will be Manitoba Music Night at New Music Wednesdays, featuring exclusively Manitoba Music members. 

The Osborne Village Inn will book three bands per night, every week.
