Manitoba Music Update Re: COVID-19 and Info / Resources

The health and safety of our team, our members, our guests, and our communities is our top priority and we’re keeping a close eye on public health updates and news around COVID-19, aka Coronavirus. We know that these are challenging times and that this situation is creating a lot of uncertainty, stress, and anxiety. We're here to support our members in planning and adjusting plans around these difficult circumstances as best we can.

We have some info and resources available at manitobamusic.com/coronavirus. We’ll update this page with new music-related info as it comes.

Manitoba Music and the Resource Centre is open for business as usual (with the exception of Friday, March 13, when we will be closed) and all our scheduled events are on. We’re monitoring official public health channels and taking cues from those government sources on best practices.

We are disinfecting common areas and surfaces in our space regularly. We ask that all visitors to our space and participants in our events take care to follow proper handwashing and hygiene protocols.

If you are sick or showing symptoms or have recently traveled internationally, we ask that you stay home. If you have an important consult or meeting with our staff, please get in touch to make other arrangements, including phone meetings, email consults, and rescheduling.
