About

Born in Winnipeg fall of 62 in the Norwood Flats of french St. Boniface I began my passion for music at the age of 15. My first big influence was the Alan Parson's project, "Tales of Mystery and Imagination". There was always classical music and opera in the house and to hear that in the mix of progressive sounds was Huge. I was no prodigy on the keys and didn't have a great singing voice so my only talent was in composing, songwriting but anyone with an imagination back then could not afford to bring forth their ideas. I had to patiently wait for technology to blaze an affordable trail for the independent producer/dreamer. Of course, life gets in the way and like many Canadians I put family first ahead of my dreams. Now this single father of four children is excited to share the dream that has been brewing for 40 years. My debut concept album "A Passing Storm" is ready. And I couldn't be happier. So if you like progressive moods, uplifting melodies, intelligent lyrics, wonderful arrangements and a few surprises along the way then you've come to the right place. Thanks and I hope you enjoy the music!!!

"The imagination and passion in this record is captivating. And, idea after idea, song after song, you will honestly be blown away at just how much "A Passing Storm" changes from track to track to offer you something stunning time after time. There are multiple highlight moments on this record from it's orchestral arrangements to the progressive structures. There's fantastic melody, multiple singers and material that really sounds like it's gonna hold up over time." Jer at Sleepingbagstudios.ca
