Karina Joy is a ukulele-wielding Indie artist whose drive for songwriting started when they were as young as 4 years old, now at 21 they continue to reinvent and refine their sound. Karina is from Winnipeg, MB, and a proud member of the thriving LGBTQ+ community, who came out as non-binary in 2021, around the same time that they released their debute album Indigo.
This artist takes inspiration from and enjoys dipping into different genres, while still strongly identifying with Folk, Alt Indie, and Singer/songwriter.
