Myazwe Ntungo is a Canadian rapper born in Winnipeg, Canada, in 1994 to Zambian parents. He grew up surrounded by family members making music, including his cousins, a member of the well-known local group called The Lytics, and 3x Grammy-nominated rapper Allan Kingdom. Myazwe released his debut album 'E: My Experiences on Empty' in 2017 and has been making a name for himself in the music scene ever since. He has performed at various events and festivals, including SoundSet Festival, Northern Touch Music Festival, and the 2018 A3C Music Festival & Conference, and has opened for notable artists such as Tyga, YG, Faouzia, and Tory Lanez.
On August 31, 2018, Myazwe released his second project called 'We Need To Talk', a 6-song EP made after spending four months in Atlanta building his career in late 2017/early 2018. Following the success of 'We Need To Talk', Myazwe released his second album 'Things I Never Said' on May 15, 2019, which received positive reviews and showcased his potential to become a superstar amongst his upcoming peers with his versatile flows and highly skilled rapping ability.
Now, Myazwe has released his latest EP, 'How've You Been?', which came out on March 31, 2023. The EP showcases his ability to create music that is both introspective and relatable, with each track providing a unique perspective on life experiences. Myazwe's ability to fuse various genres of music, including hip hop, R&B, and pop, sets him apart from his peers.
