Pianos, beats & trampolines. Nadia Burnstick is a Winnipeg-based Métis singer-songwriter who has leaped from project to project for nearly two decades. A multi-genre artist, she began her career releasing French ambien pop music. No stranger to collaborative efforts, she worked in the electronic music duo, Over The Transom, then wen on to record an award-winning children's lullaby album with her husband and guitarist, Jason Burnstick. Together, Burnstick proceeded to release the multi-nominated folk-roots album titled Kîyânaw. Through every musical endeavor and through every genre, she always finds a way to infuse her songs with an unmistakable authenticity. Nadia has won numerous awards includeing a SOCAL Songwriter Award, Radio-Canada's Muziklips, a Western Canadian Music Award as well as awards at the renowned Festival international de la chanson de Granby, Québec and Festival de Petite-Vallée.
