Anita Van Dinther is the founder and CEO of Ohm Management, a music business management and consulting agency specializing in business analysis, business plans, grant writing, and career development for underground Canadian hip-hop artists. In 2020, Anita graduated from the Business Analyst program at Red River College with a focus on Management Principles. Anita seeks to combine the street smarts of the hip hop/rap scene with the analytical approach and strategic planning skills necessary to navigate the mainstream music industry, focusing on artist independency. Anita believes that unity and community through music is how we win, and aspires to help artists take their talent to a whole new frequency.  She supports the BIPOC community and believes in equality.
