TIER is an entertainment business and foundation that incorporates and grows cultural awareness through the arts. The business functions to integrate Indigenous and African cultures, and build relationships throughout Canada and globally. Also, TIER promotes artistic collaborations, and creates room for expression by offering opportunities to produce and market music. Furthermore, the business engages, and teaches music and performance to BIPOC children and youths while creating a safe, holistic and all-inclusive space for them. Additionally, TIER engages in creating and promoting events that bring cultures together and offer local youths and artists opportunities for exposure.
