About

Join ZRADA on a kaleidoscopic journey through the dark heart of Ukrainian folk music and emerge somewhere in the cosmos. Ancestral sounds explode within an amplified soundscape full of joy, anger, melancholy & madness. ZRADA’s music transcends language and beckons to those ready for a transformative & wild musical experience.

“ZRADA’s album is 16 tracks of harmonious majesty, intricately crafted with raucous rock attitude.” – Stylus Magazine

“Balkan and Slavic melodies fused with old-school punk rock energy and set to a raging boil.” – Winnipeg Free Press

"Zrada is much more than just a killer band. They are raw spirit, generations and genres blown wide open, bones and flesh and electricity made one. It’s the Black Sea meets Black Sabbath. It’s all about the music, of course, but the line between the stage and the crowd is crossed, and the room becomes a storm. It’s a spectacle, it’s a wall of sound, it’s full of surprises, and it’s a lot of fun!"                                                       - John Scoles - Owner & Manager- Times Change(d) High and Lonesome Club
