Apollo Suns is ready to melt water is left of the snow and cold this month. Genre-bending instrumental outfit is set to release Dawn Offerings, its follow-up to its Western Canadian Music Award-winning debut. Recorded at Winnipeg's Paintbox Studios with producer/artist/composer Keith Price, the new album brings together the band's signature sound combining jazz, funk, rock and psychedelic music. They'll take over The Handsome Daughter for a two-night release party on April 26 and April 27 before hitting the road for two cross-country album release tours this spring, summer, and fall. Recently signed with US booking agent John Lares of California's Cielo Agency, they plan to make their US debut in 2020. Coming up, you can catch them live on The Cube stage for JazzFest in June.
