Acclaimed rapper Hellnback and contemporary hand drummer Lisa Muswagon are making new music with a message with their single, "Kidney Warrior". Featuring covert artwork by Red Eagle Design and recently released in partnership with the Nephrologist Society of Canada, the song raises awareness about kidney disease, with Diabetes is the leading cause of Chronic Kidney Disease, and which has high rates among Indigenous Peoples. Having also released another collaboration on "Enipoyak" this year, the husband and wife have plans for more music as a duo, The Resilience, with a new album project in the works.
