Award-winning mezzo-soprano vocalist Rhonda Head has some magic for everything this season with her latest single, Please Come Home for Christmas! The busy artist from the Opaskwayak Cree Nation in northern Manitoba has been earning accolades, including the 2022 LIT Talent Award for "500 Years" and "Kisahkihitin I Love You" for Best Social Impact Song and Best Collaboration, respectively, along with a 2022 One World Music Award for "500 Years", and a Global Music Award for "Coming Home" for Best Protest Song. On the horizon, Head returns to the road for a tour in February with a stop at the 65th Grammy Awards, and a performance at Columbus Mississippi in early March.
