Indie singer/songwriter and producer Cec Lopez is sharing some heartache and love lessons in her latest single, "Noa", the follow-up to her acclaimed album, Canola. Fresh from the First Up with RBCxMusic program and a coveted spot in the Stringray Young Performers Program at the Winnipeg Folk Festival, Lopez is spending some time in Ottawa getting her master's degree in music and culture at Carleton University.
