The wait for Andrina Turenne's debut solo album is almost over! The Métis/Franco-Manitoban artist from St-Boniface, formerly of JUNO-winning outfit Chic Gamine, takes centre stage with Bold as Logs, which is slated for release on April 28. She'll celebrate the new recording the following night at the West End Cultural Centre on April 29 along with local openers Juvel. Hometown audiences can catch Turenne live at the Winnipeg Folk Festival this July before she heads west for the Canmore Folk Festival in early August.
