Métis and Polish avant-pop musician KWIAT is ready to get a little louder on Leap Day with the release of her debut single! "Follow The Call" is the first song off her self-titled EP co-produced by KWIAT and JUNO-winner Hawksley Workman (Tegan and Sara, Hey Rosetta!, Serena Ryder), mixed by George Seara (Shawn Mendes), and mastered by Elisa Pangsaeng (Yukon Blonde). KWIAT has been busy with recording the EP, sharing her music in the Unreel Sessions video series, and hitting the stage, including Festival du Voyageur, Jazz Fest, Harvest Moon Festival, Lorem Ipsum Fest, SWMM Showcase, and more. Through her Songsmiths project, she presented and performed at the special "Prairie Pop'n'" showcase during BreakOut West in Kelowna and the monthly Nashville MB The Writer's Round, among other events, earning the Women in Music Honour Roll for her Songsmiths works last year.
