Don Amero
"If I Don't"

From the album Six

Featured track, available from June 27 to July 4

Don Amero is having a busy summer of music! The three-time JUNO Award-nominated singer/songwriter and performer, who is up for a Western Canadian Music Award this fall for Country Artist of the Year, is sharing his latest EP, Six. He's sharing tunes and live video from his No Fun Sessions, recorded at the Winnipeg studio with the sākihiwē Export Accelerator (sEA), including "You Can't Always Be 21" released in May and a July 1 launch for "Church", with two more coming out this summer. Amero has just returned from an impactful visit to England, performing at Canada House in London and sharing a conversation around reconciliation on National Indigenous Peoples Day hosted by the High Commission of Canada in the UK in conjunction with sEA. Music fans can catch him live on Dauphin's Countryfest's main stage on Sunday, June 30, highlighted by the Nipin Showcase. On the horizon, Amero will release new music later this fall and embark on a cross-Canada tour with more to be announced in the coming weeks. We've got his tune "If I Don't" off Six for you as this week's feature... press play, put it on repeat as you head to Countryfest, and stay tuned for plenty more from Don Amero!
