Tuva Bergstrom

About

Tuva is a singer/songwriter from Winnipeg, Canada.  She has been writing songs and performing live since 2015. She has released 2 EP's, performed at numerous local Venues and Festivals, and is a recent graduate of the Just TV Music Program.

Tuva has had the opportunity to participate in the Winnipeg Folk Festival Youth Performers Program in 2018 and 2019.  She also performed at the Manitoba Music New Music Night (July - Good Will Social Club) and participated in the Music Industry Mentorship program with Manitoba Music. 

In December 2019 she released her single "Break-up with her Over the Holidays," and had the opportunity to participate in the CBC POV (Point of View) Project, where she produced an audio piece on how the Winnipeg Music scene has influenced her as an artist. 

In 2020, she worked with CBC to create and release a video featuring her song "Graduation day".  A song and video Tuva created to express her feelings related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

You can catch her busking around town, participating in Open-Mics, and performing original songs that transcend genres and generations.
