For a lot of artists, getting up on stage and performing is easy… but putting on a great show is a lot harder. Great performers that really stand out give their audience a memorable experience. We’re excited to welcome Montreal-based professional performance coach Olivier Laroche to his experience, expertise, and the methods he uses to help performers create memorable and impactful performances.

In this virtual session, Olivier will talk about his background, explain his working methods, and invite artists to prepare themselves better for the stage.

About the Speaker

Olivier Laroche is a jack-of-all-trades in the arts and communications. For 25 years, as a bassist, he has accompanied various artists from all walks of life and musical genres. He also studied acting and worked as a television host.

From 2018 to 2021, he served as an artist agent, which gave him a better understanding of the needs of venue and festival programmers.

He founded Pimp ton show, a professional and personalized live music performance coaching service. With his experienced outside eye, Olivier Laroche offers simple and concrete solutions to optimize the impact of all musical performances. He brings out the full communicative potential of his clients and helps transform their shows into unique experiences.

Based in Montreal, Olivier Laroche works with artists and organizations across Canada and Europe.

This workshop is for Manitoba Music members and Manitoba-based artists.

Pre-registration for this free session is required to receive the Zoom link to participate in the session.

This session will be held in English and/or French as needed (Olivier is bilingual).
