Elise Roller is the Industry Development Coordinator at Manitoba Music, offering consultations, and organizing workshops to provide professional development to those pursuing a career in music, as well as connecting export-ready artists with the global music industry. Roller has been actively involved in the Canadian music scene for nearly a decade, first beginning in Alberta with her solo project, but most active in touring rock outfit Go For The Eyes. She began working in artist management while living in Calgary, and moved to Manitoba in 2015 to become part of its thriving music scene joining the heavy-metal grunge band Solhounds for a couple of years. In addition to being a musician and her work in artist development, Roller has booked shows for and tour managed a number of Canadian acts and, for the past four years, has been the main stage producer for Pride Winnipeg.

Stephen Carroll is the music programs manager for Manitoba Film & Music. Carroll achieved international recognition as a member of the JUNO-nominated band The Weakerthans (Epitaph/Anti Records). After joining the group in 1998, he managed all of the business affairs and helped steer the group to fame. In 2009 he began managing the Manitoba band Imaginary Cities and went on to form Empirical Artist Services Inc. Carroll was awarded Manager of the Year at the Western Canadian Music Awards in 2013, after garnering nominations for the award the two previous years. Carroll was a member of the board of directors for FACTOR and currently serves on the board of Manitoba Music.
