About

As a Canadian musician or composer, when your material is picked up by a movie, television, or streamed show that was made in Canada, the production company may be able to include your fees in their tax credit structure, saving in production costs, and increasing your chance of a sync placement. To be eligible, you will need a CAVCO Personnel Number (also referred to as CAVCO ID,  a unique number assigned to identify key creatives as a Canadian citizen or permanent resident. This special training opportunity at All Access will provide information on when musicians and composers need CAVCO IDs and how to obtain one. This session will be in English, but questions in French will be most welcome.

Following this presentation, participants are invited to stay for a Creator Talk with directors Warren P. Sonodo and Doug Mitchell (4:30 -5:15PM), followed by the main All Access reception (5:15-7PM) for the opportunity to meet local and visiting producers, directors, broadcasters and funders.

For those interested in attending the full day the cost is $150 for Manitoba Music members and cost for the entire conference is $350 for Manitoba Music members. For more information about On Screen Manitoba’s All Access program, please visit https://www.allaccessmb.com/
