Manitoba Music and ACTRA are celebrating with the newest arts organization on the block, The 48 Film Festival. This event will be facilitated via Google Meet live stream. We aim to connect local musicians, actors and filmmakers for future collaborations.

This will be a two hour event that begins with an introduction of The 48 Film Festival, a talk about partnerships, and about future activities. After the announcements all attendees will be given the opportunity to join in a chat circle to introduce themselves and talk about any upcoming projects or interests that are brewing. COVID-19 has been rough on all of us and it's been a challenge making connections without meeting in person. This new initiative will be a space to build new relationships, contribute to each other’s projects, stimulate the creative juices, learn something new and connect with new and old friends both within and beyond the borders of Manitiba's thriving arts scene.
