Well... as all Indie artist know, it's a lot of work, but then again it is our passion... RJ and The Boys knows this all too well.

2014 has been an awesome year for the guys, as they will be at the Pelly Jambouree in Pelly Saskatchewan June 7-8th, (Boys are on Sat Night at about 11pm-give or take).

On this past March 15th the folks who took in RJ and The Boys show at the Legion club room in Swan River got a taste of what made this group a legend at the old Downtown Legion in Saskatoon.

An awesome "welcome" back to the stage for the Boys, "We played a mix of our 50's - 60's Covers and tossed in some classic country, just like we did back in the old days in Saskatoon", "We also mixed in some of the tunes we have released both original and covers" says RJ McGregor (Lead Vocals/Guitar), songs such as the 2008 single "Upside of Down", which was released as a video single and part of a SCN show called "15 Mins of Fame".

Also included in the show was RJ's timeless balled "Tide of Time" which not only one amazing song to dance with your honey too, but there is a story that goes with the song and how it was the only song RJ and drummer Dave McGregor's late father would dance to with their mother (he wasn't much of a dancer, so they say), not only does the song and story pull on your heart-strings, but RJ also points out the guitar he plays for this very song is the very guitar they bought for him in 1979.

At the Swan River show the boys released a new EP "Fool in Love", a full lenth album is the follow this year, to be released on the very date (10 years before), that they played that very 1st show in Saskatoon.

This summer you can catch the Boys at a few events, such as the Pelly Jambouree June 7th and a Canada Day show at Spring Lake, Saskatchewan.

RJ admits "We arent packing to many shows in over the summer months these days, as we all have families and lake trips in the summer (big grin), back when we started this ride ten years ago, we played 3 shows in a day", "Thats a lot of playing, I mean we love it, but we all have kids, heck our bass player is a Grand-Daddy "laughs" twice over!!"

"we had some bumps in the road, but we are very happy to be back at it and hope too see you all soon!"
