Please join us in raising our voices and vibrations through sacred song and sound! The evening will be a mix of traditional call & response Kirtan sprinkled with some original performance pieces.

Kirtan is part of one of the eight limbs of yoga known as Bhakti or devotional yoga, whereby we are adoring and praising the Divine thru song. Adoration expressed in song is considered to be one of the highest forms of devotion.

Mantras, when repeated, are affirmations to ourselves, indeed to our cells, and this repetition allows for their meaning to penetrate deep below the surface into our subconscious, helping to shift our negative habits and patterns into positive ones, and create healing at the cellular level.

Truly, one of the most joyful, fun, and effortless ways I know of to raise not only our individual vibration but also the vibration of the entire collective! Come and feel into the peace and Love that you already are ♥
