About
Sandra Lee Park, is a singer song writer from Winnipeg who has been singing and performing all her life. She grew up singing and song writing at a very young age and started writing songs like “Spots you got a lot of dots” (written about her spotted pointer dog) and” I saw a bee”. As she got older, she kept working at her vocals, piano, guitar playing and song writing, by taking private music lessons and performing in a few of her own bands over the years. She also teaches music lessons and is currently training other music artists.
After her First Album, “I Know Do U” one of the songs she wrote “So Amazed” was on the most requested songs on the 95.1 FM radio station in Winnipeg for 5 weeks and hit # 1 and 2. And she toured her album with hip hop dancers and background singers and performed to her own songs with professional R&B Pop music tracks.
Presently Sandra is playing some of her new pop songs with influences of old School R&B, soul, Funk, Blues rock and Acoustic Pop. Her songs are catchy, singable, and have memorable melodies with groovy rhythms and will have you moving and singing along. She also mixes in some famous cover tunes both current and past soulful pop favourites, like “Stand By Me”(Ben E King),
Everyday People” (Sly and the family Stone, and “ IF I Ain’t Got You” (Alicia keys). Sandra brings with her a full band, keyboards, guitar, drums, bass and some background singers. She is currently working toward her next music album by writing, arranging and performing her songs with her band and hopes to have it recorded this year.
Sandra has a heart to see people be encouraged in their life and dreams and to never give up even the midst of the trials in life. She knows and shares how everyone is very special and unique and therefore very valuable to those in their life and communities. Being a positive role model is very important to her and she hopes people’s hearts, and spirits, will be lifted up and strengthened to face life’s challenges, so they can find joy and peace in their own life callings in their families and communities.
