About
Daniel Martin Moore is from the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Building upon his releases with OK Recordings and Sub Pop Records, DMM's new LP Turned Over to Dreams (his 8th album) charts the real and imagined territory of dreams -- with a style that merges folk sensibilities, classical composition, and subtle guitar work. As Pop Matters writes, this record "has articulated a powerful concept album which is never contrived, but can remain staggeringly diverse and cohesive. Intimate, gentle and considered."
Scott Nolan is a songwriter, poet, multi-instrumentalist from Winnipeg, Manitoba Treaty One Territory. His songs have been recorded by Hayes Carll, Mary Gauthier, Watermelon Slim, and Corin Raymond among others. He has recently produced albums for William Prince, Lynne Hanson, and Watermelon Slim.
Possum / Opossum is Winnipeg's newest electronic/roots duo featuring Kerji Stephens (Last Ditch on the Left, Kerri Woelke) and Dave Quanbury (Twilight Hotel, Exile Brass Band). Born through an Odd Couple's show at Winnipeg's Times Change(d), Kerji & Dave have been working their very different styles of music to create an original take on traditional roots music; adding bass, keys, sequencer and electronics to the sounds of acoustic and electric guitars.
