About
The Mel-O-Tones; led by Mel Reimer harmonica/vocalist who has been in the Blues/Roots scene for four decades. Mel also formed, managed & performed with bands such as Bad Weather, Slidin' Clyde Roulette, The Detonators and more. Guitarist, singer/song-writer Darrell Sandmoen has a love for Roots and Blues music and has played professionally for about 40 years. He has played in many different Pop/Rock bands throughout his earlier years but is best known for performing with Roots/Blues band Hillbilly Burlesque. Cam Patterson has been a professional drummer since the age of 20. He has played in countless Country, Rock and Blues acts such as Louisiana Hot Sauce, Tera Nova, Freddie and The Axmen and Carson Cole to name a few. He is also a contributing writer and video producer for Modern Drummer Magazine in NYC. Vaughan Poyser on bass is also a veteran performer who has played with the who’s who of top recording artists and is well known in the Canadian music scene.
