Put four of Manitoba’s best bands alongside the forces of the WSO, and you have a whole new experience. Imaginary Cities consists of multi-instrumentalist Rusty Matyas and vocalist Marti Sarbit. JUNO Award-winning Nathan harnesses the essence of the Canadian Prairies, capturing the modern, old-fashioned sound of the lonesome, crowded west. Royal Canoe comes armed with falsettos, guitars, effects pedals, drums, basses, tambourines, shakers and a six-keyboard super-weapon. The Lytics is a five-man crew whose amalgam of old-school soundscapes and boom-box bangers celebrates, inspires and challenges.
