Winkler Arts Council is hosting the music event "Winterruption" taking place at the PW Enns Centennial Concert Hall, March 4 and 6 at 7:30pm each evening.
This is one of the added events during the Manitoba Games. It’ll be free admission and an opportunity for the community and visitors to check out our amazing local talent!
