Electro Indie Acts Lost Weekend and Indicator Indicator Team Up For Winnipeg Double-Headliner

In advance of the upcoming Juno madness, two of Manitoba’s most exciting up-and-coming acts are joining forces at The Park Theatre on March 22, 2014.  

Indicator Indicator has been named one of CBC’s ‘Acts to Watch’ and spent the fall of 2013 touring North America in support of their WCMA-nominated debut EP ‘Indicator Indicator’ and recent three song release ‘Swarm/Love is Not Enough’ - both of which charted extensively across the North American college landscape.  This spring they are releasing a new live concert video every month, starting March 15. 

Lost Weekend’s self-titled three song EP was produced by Zach Heiligman (Foster the People, Britney Spears) and nimbly captures the mercurial moods of the music they grew up on, wrapped in a distinctly contemporary sound.  Over the last year, the act has been invited to perform at multiple showcases in LA, NYC and SXSW and recently inked a deal with Universal Rondor (part of the Universal Music Publishing Group). 

Local poetry-rock outfit The Hearing Trees will be opening the night.
