Festival Kick-off Céilí
7:30pm | Shannon’s Irish Pub | 175 Carleton Street, Winnipeg
Tickets: $10 at the door or Festival Pass, available in advance & at the door
Minors under 18yrs must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
Traditional Irish Céilí featuring performance by Curragh (Dave Clement, Susan Israel & Gord Menzies), followed by Dave Strang and Cathy Rayner, of The Barefoot Ceili Band joining Susan and Paul Hammer of Distant Shores in a wonderful combining of musical talent with dancers from the McConnell School of Dance. The evening will wrap-up with a traditional pub session open to anyone with an instrument who wishes to join-in.
