BIG FUN Festival is proud to present: 

KEN Mode: 

Season of Mist/New Damage recording artists KEN mode is a JUNO award winning independent metal/hardcore band from Winnipeg, MB, Canada. 

The band was formed in 1999 by Royal Conservatory of Music trained musicians Jesse Matthewson and Shane Matthewson, CA, and has been actively touring Canada, the United States and Europe since 2002 with such acts as Torche, Deafheaven, Norma Jean, Kylesa, Pelican, Daughters, Revocation, and Today is the Day, maintaining an unrelenting schedule for the past 4 years. The band has recently completed the recording of there next record with world renowned audio engineer Steve Albini.

Animal Lover: 

Minneapolis based three piece noise rock band. Similar to The Jesus Lizard, Rapeman, Wire.

Tunic: 

Local noise rock outfit. After a successful run of shows in western Canada this Winter supporting their debut 7' split this will be Tunic's last local show before going into the studio to record their debut album.
